Registration Process

Most Up to Date Rosters

Due to the ongoing challenges presented to us by the pandemic, the registration process and policy for 2021 is somewhat different than in years' past.  Here is a brief description of the process this year:

1.  All opportunities to register are online and found on this webpage.

2.  No more than 12 teens (16 & up and/or have completed 10th grade) and 6 adults will be accepted per week.

3.  Each week must have 1 chaperone-capable adult per every 2 teens.

4.  Registrations will be accepted in phases:

          a.  Phase 1:  Skilled AdultsThese adults (21 years old and up) are proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and/or general home repair.  They feel comfortable being in charge of a group of 5-7 people assigned to a family's home for repair or new construction.  They know what is needed to complete the job and are able to teach unskilled volunteers how to do the work and can dole out assignments to the crew.  They do not have to be registered parishioners.

          b.  Phase 2:  Helper AdultsThese adults (21 years old and up) have some to no home repair skills and are able to serve as a chaperone, but do not feel comfortable being in charge of a work crew.   They will be partnered with a skilled adult.  These adults must be registered in one of the parishes.

          c. Phase 3:  Teens With Adult Family MemberThese are teens (registered with St. Patrick, St. Vincent or St. Gregory Youth Ministries) who are 16 -18 years old and have at least one adult family member signing up for the same week.

          d.  Phase 4:  Teens Without Adult Family Member. These are teens (registered with St. Patrick, St. Vincent or St. Gregory Youth Ministries) who are 16-18 years old and do not have an adult family member signing up for the same week.

          e.  Phase 5:  Young AdultsThose who are 19-20 years old and are neither chaperone-capable adults nor teens who need to be chaperoned.  They also are registered in one of the three parishes.

          f.  Phase 6:  Teens & Young Adults Outside the Parishes. Those who are 16-20 years old and not registered with the 3 parishes will be accepted for weeks where there is space available.

5.  Some weeks may be St. Patrick only, some may be St. Vincent only, and others may be open to those from all three parishes.  This is TBD

6.  Registrants will receive an email later in the Spring with instructions on how to pay the registration fee and pass on any funds that they have raised.  All spots are finalized once payment is received.

7.  All registrants (both teens and adults) are required to personally fundraise $100 or more (except for those adults who play in the golf outing and/or provide a sponsorship for the golf outing).

8.  The deadline for receiving registrations is TBD.
